Start by Learning How to Read Food Labels. Learn about good carbohydrates and bad carbohydrates and how to count carbohydrates.
How do you know how many steps you walk in a day? Treat yourself to a pedometer a simple devise that counts your every step.
2. Did you know drinking diet soft drinks can cause you to gain weight and that the same is true if you eat fat free or fat reduced foods?
3. If you don't want to drink just plain old tap water, coffee or tea, you can find bottled waters plain or naturally carbonated in natural lemon, lime or other flavors. They are a good replacement choice with 0 calories and no artificial ingredients.
4. Read labels. That fat free product is mostly likely high in carbohydrates. Learn which fats are healthy fats and should be included in your meal plan.
